If you are just getting started with your fitness journey, weight loss path or general fitness goals our introduction classes are the perfect place to start. Our personal trainers will give you the right advice, plans and timetable for your fitness classes.

Strength & Conditioning

This is a bit more of higher fitness level. Here you will undergo certain procedures that will sculpt and tone your muscle structure. This will include HITT fitness procedures and weightlifting modules.

Cardio Workout

Time to burn some calories. These lessons are for people that need to build up their fitness levels. Great for memebers that want to move from starter to intermediate.

High-Intensity Interval Training {HIIT}

This is a training exercise which gives you a complete body workout.
Here you will need to undergo intensive rapid-fire exercises, followed by short recovery intervals. The intensive nature of the rapid exercises keeps your heart rate very high thus burn more fat in a short period of time.
