I can't actually rate Kieran high enough, 5 stars doesn't do him justice. I have been going to Kieran for some years now and I have never looked back, without a doubt one of the best things I have done was join CDC. When I first started my energy and fitness levels were low and I literally couldn't touch my toes. Fast forward to now, I work out most days and love it and I have so much energy. In December 2015 I took a short walk down the road and cried because I was so out of breath, tired and unfit . In Feb 2016 I walked through the doors of cdc high intensity studio. The last 18 months have been amazing. I have got fit, feel so much happier and in July of this year achieved a goal I would never have seen possible and completed Tough mudder Ireland with Kieran and the team. These pictures are only a spec of what we have achieved since mark started training, On every workout I challenge him like a 240kg sled push or 120kg back squat now take into account this kid has never weight trained before a complete beginner! Now you may say that’s Very unprofessional to load him up with 120kg - my answer he smashed it AND he has got more in the tank - so keep watching critics!
Not only has he gained confidence he’s energy has sky rocketed, he’s mood he’s performance are next to perfect
So massive respect mark for sticking to everything i have thrown at you!
